  • I had an AC issue and needed it to be taken care of ASAP. It was about 7pm in the evening and they were able to send out a tech minutes after I called. The tech showed up, was very nice and helpful, and showed me what to do incase the AC went out again (it was really an electrical issue and the electrician wasn't able to come out right away). Their service fee was only a few dollars more than my home warranty service fee, which was totally worth it for the same day (evening) service.
