  • Terrible. Terrible. My husband and I wanted a suite. We booked a suite though a third party. When We checked in, We was not told a suite was not available. After seeing the room ( a standard room with two beds) we returned to the front desk and inquired about the room. We explained our expectations and immediately was hit with " it's not my problem you booked a suite and we don't have any". Again I explained I was not blaming the hotel it was clearly an issue with the information given to us by the third party. It was made very clear there weren't any accommodation that they were willing to may so that we were comfortable. We then asked for a refund at which point things took a really bf turn. They not only made us call the third party but then refused the refund even when the third party asked them politely because they understood the mistake that was made. The third party was nice enough to give me a discount for a future hotel, but sadly We was forced to the stay the night uncomfortable in separate beds. To top it all off The pool was dirty! At least there was WiFi.
