  • Customer service was great. The only reason I didn't chose 5 stars was because the tech Susan filled one nail lopsided and I had to fix it myself. My nails take forever to grow for her to sit there and make them crooked, I nicely said stop and showed her, she didn't understand so I proceeded to file my own nails. She also forgot to dip my mani in water and clean the nails. They had beautiful colors so I will be back again but I will not be going to Susan for my manicure. She did a wonderful job on my pedi and gave one of the best massages but for my mani no way.
