First off this is embarrassing! So I'm writing this because it's important. I'm reviewing because I feel the need to balance this out a bit. I went in to get a consultation about a liposuction procedure but I did not actually have it done because of the feel I got. So please do not take my review as a fully educated one. BUT I can say this, I worked at a plastic surgeons office for several years in my youth and this place feels more like a car dealership.
Let's start off with the fact that someone died at TCC. Now I didn't use this to base my decision because they run thousands of procedures without incident but of course it's in the back of my mind.
Next, the fact that I was whisked away into an office with a nurse, not the surgeon, and I was given the world in promises. "Oh yeah, well get that right down to the muscle." "There will be no scars." "You'll be good in two weeks." "Rock solid." I was also not shown any pictures or results. The whole consultation took about 10 minutes and they expected me to book. Then they follow up called me for a few weeks.
I then embarrassingly I called my old employer and he referred me to a surgeon who set me straight. I didn't end up doing any procedures yet, but I honestly believe, avoid this place for major procedures. Go for small superficial ones like tattoo removal. They aren't doing you any favours in price either.
