Although we had a terrible experience at this location, headquarters for My Eye Dr. really went out of their way to make the situation right. Shortly after writing my first review, I was contacted by someone from the head office in customer service asking more details about our situation. He spoke with the women from the office I had spoken with on the phone and took quick action. They sent us our full requested refund in two days time. Although I will never go to this location again, I would be willing to give another location a try based on how they handled our complaint.
