  • Update - Sorry had to downgrade from 5 to 3 stars because the ceiling air vent cover fell off. Upon inspection it seems whoever did the work ripped it down with the liner and basically broke it. So instead of buying a replacement part, they used a black substance in attempts to glue it back. Bad move. A professional installation shop would not break something and just glue it back. Further, a reputable installer would know how to bring down a liner without damaging air vent covers. This is so disappointing as my initial review was glowing. I went to the dealer and bought the part and installed it myself. The other items work well but this one flaw will define how I view the place... Excellent work! I bought a used car and it had an irritating rattle inside the headliner. The dealer said the repair would be coat prohibited and on several car forums my issue was common but extremely difficult and expense to fix. I explained my case to Chin at this location and was extremely grateful for his honest and professional approach. They finished the work and absolutely no rattles! I was so pleased I had then install the Dynamat on all four doors and even had an XM module installed. Best of all, THEY DID THE WORK RIGHT YHE FIRST TIME. I can't tell you how many times I've had work done at other stereo stores and had to take it back because I heard rattles after the install or found broken clips or other annoyances. To top it off, they finished the work a day ahead of schedule! I'm definitely going back and telling all my friends.
