  • My dad told me to go to the Ashley and find a couch, at first everything was fine but then the lady helping us had the worst perfume on which made the experience unpleasant. So, I was trying to make this purchase as fast as I can. I did not realize that the price i paid was 100 dollars more than i was suppose too. I had my father call and we received a refund. They told me it would take 3 weeks to deliver i was fine but a few days before they told me it would be another week on a day that I was busy. The day they came they did not even ring my door bell just called my phone, i think it is weird when people do not ring the door bell considering that it notifys the person inside someone is at the door. We had to reschedule again! but 3 days later my couch finally came and the delivery guys were so nice and fast that everything that happened did not matter! I LOVE MY NEW COUCH.
