Buyer beware
I travel often for work, and frequent Hilton properties.
I arrived late the day of my check-in, after driving 400 miles.
Staff was rude, and behaved as though they were annoyed to see me.
Then, they informed me they overbooked the hotel, and that I needed to relocate to a property 15 miles away. This was after midnight and I had early appointments the next day.
It happened to be a property I passed on my long drive into the Phoenix area.
No advanced phone call to let me know. Their only response to this was they had no number on file for me which seemed highly unlikely. Im a Hilton Honors member, and always include all my contact information upon booking.
Not acceptable service in my opinion.
Find another hotel - this one is poorly managed.
