  • They told me I needed a procedure that would require me to be medicated and that I would need a ride home. I arranged for a friend to take the day off of work to drive me, hired a babysitter, then got there & they tried to do the wrong procedure on me! They said they had fired everyone who had worked on my case so they didn't have any notes anymore?! Scary.
