  • Let me just preface this with the fact that I don't have a lot of experience dealing with Plastic Surgeons so I don't have a large base for comparison but my experience was an extremely positive one. I was a bit intimidated when I walked in the office because the staff are all very attractive and "done up" and the clientele in the waiting room were what you'd expect to see in a Plastic Surgeon's office. As soon as I was taken to the consultation room (at exactly the schedule time of my appointment) I was immediately put at ease. All of the women that I spoke to were warm and genuine despite their appearance. Dr. Kotoske was the same. He was very positive, nice and reassuring. I had a consultation for a similar procedure 10 years ago and I left in tears because the doctor made me feel so terrible. I almost cried this time because Dr. Kotoske made me feel so great! I thought for sure that the cost was going to be astronomical but it was very reasonable and in line with what I felt comfortable paying. I would highly recommend Dr. Kotoske and his Cosmetic Surgery Center for anyone considering any type of cosmetic procedure.
