Poor customer service! He should learn to smile when first greeting a consumer willing to seek out his service and hand over their hard earned cash.
Also, one of my order was not completed....he mentioned that they ran out of the fabric. Yet, he hid not pick up the phone to tell me this or send a simple email which would have given me the opportunity to come by the next day (or same day since I work in the area) and choose a different fabric.
Compared to other tailors I have used, the quality of his product and overall customer service ranks near the bottom.
