  • Only because I can't give it a ZERO. It's in the ghetto, so aside from the occasional shooting or stabbing, most of my neighbors complain of bugs (I keep the place clean so I'm good), the grounds are not kept up, garbage and dog crap everywhere. I was without air conditioning for three days DURING JULY!! I had to get a letter from an attorney to start the process of getting out of my lease before it was fixed. ALSO, there's been a leak in my roof that has COMPLETELY FLOODED my apartment twice. We're talking standing water inside the apartment. When I complain, they've told me I'm "on the list" and they've "no idea when the roofing company will fix it." WORST APARTMENTS EVER
