The adventure continues. Check in today for return flight and they send what looks like a mobile boarding pass. Arrive at airport wait in line at security and when I get there I am told that frontier mobile boarding passes don't work. TSA agent says they are too cheep to create them properly so they will work. Have to walk the length of a football field to get back to ticket counter. Then try to use kiosk to avoid the line and it says see agent. Wait in another Line to finally get to agent and share with him about how unhappy that I paid $57 for upgraded seat last flight and did not get one. He did not make any attempt to correct the situation and did not even apologize. His response was that only a few seats recline. This is the worse airline I have ever flown on.
