  • Yes this place gets 2 thumbs down. Front desk and staff rude with poor customer service skills had a 9 o'clock appointment and still waited entirely too long. I was very clear when I checked in that My daughter needed to get back to school. All we needed was one vaccination and possibly a physical. Very simple. I have worked in healthcare for more than 16 years and know how long it takes for something so simple. Don't come here if you have other choices in a provider.
