I wish I had the time to take full advantage of this membership. From indoor pools to outdoor pools with slides, to indoor rock climbing, to the lounge in the locker room, to the unbeatable kids activities & facilities. It is all amazing.
A few downfalls...
-The personal training is so expensive that it's inhibitive. When we had a trainer, he was always very late and often canceled on us.
-We would have our foster children join as they came in & out of our lives. Because their cancellation policies required advance notice, we were often paying for months and months of membership fees for foster kids that were no longer in our possession. And the management seemed to be completely unapologetic about the situation.
-We bought those expensive health watches and they were defective. Getting them replaced was impossible and took forever.
-When we repeatedly tried to reach out to the GM about the watch and the foster children fees, he was completely unresponsive and he seemed untouchable. The customer service from the management level was non-existent.
For the record, we've been members here for several years and we are canceling our membership this month. Not because it isn't absolutely fabulous. We just don't go enough to warrant the financial commitment. If you can afford Lifetime and you would use the facility regularly, I recommend checking out Lifetime Fitness.
