  • I am very unhappy with this place. They promised me excellent service for the dollars I had to cough up. I said..ok...it will be worth the money...NOT! Not only was I overcharged..there is only one technician that actually knows how to do this properly. I consulted a dermatologist to get a second opinion and was told that the level of laser they used for several treatments was way too low. It had been extremely difficult getting an appointment with the tech I want. I would postpone over and over again after receiving confirmation that the appointment is with her. Several times, I show up and it's someone else..who is completely incompetent and under-experienced. For the thousands I am paying, I shouldn't have to be someone's experiment only to later see almost zero results. So far..results are disappointing after several sessions and this is largely owed to the way their techs do the treatments, except for one exceptional tech. Front desk has been repeatedly untruthful. They have messed up my appointments several times and I have been extremely forgiving..but now I am just fed up.
