  • This would be zero stars if I could. This place has gone downhill fast. And now with new Managment you can't even call the front office to voice a complaint. It's all automated and you get redirected somewhere and need to leave a message. I currently live here as well and the neighbors play music with deep base day and all night. Can't even hear my own tv, let alone try to take a nap or sleep. And the other neighbors constantly have a hundred ppl going in and out of their house, all hours of the night, knocking on doors and slamming doors. I've been here for 2+ years and this is the worst it's ever been. And now the price on my rent is being driven up after I've been a great tenant for 2+ years. I now just ended the lease to go month to month to get out of here ASAP. So sad how down Hill this place has gone. Bottom line, staff is not helpful enough for this place to be called "luxury". Walls are paper thin, so you can imagine how loud music comes through. AC has gone out 3 times in my two year stay. I'm over this place.
