I started going to this particular dry cleaner mostly due to convenience (it's super close to work) and over the years I've slowly increased the size and overall importance (AKA sentiment) of the items that I've left in their care. I started with a couple ties that had seen better days, progressed to a fancy cocktail dress, trusted them with a maid of honour dress, and recently I took the plunge and had them clean my beloved (and utterly essential) winter peacoat.
For the most part, service is quick. I only have had one experience where the item wasn't ready until a day after I was quoted, but I try to take my stuff in with enough time to spare, so it wasn't a big deal. The prices are fine. It was around $7 for the ties, $20 for the dresses, and $30 for the peacoat.
I will continue to bring my various dry cleaning items to Soletta. The thing the sealed the deal for me as a customer? The sweet lady who works in the afternoons/evenings noticed my peacoat was missing a button. She told me to see if I could find the extra button that often comes with clothing items like this. I managed to find the extra button and she sewed it on for me in an afternoon, no additional charge. I had completely forgot that the button was missing. I appreciate her noticing and offering to fix it for me (because I am useless when it comes to even the simplest of repairs).
Be sure to bring cash if you're spending less than $10.
