| - Today was my second time going, and my boyfriends first. The arcade is great, lots of games to choose from, the snack bar is reasonably priced, and they have typical prizes you'd expect to find at an arcade. The mini-golf is a different story. It's an incredibly fun course, but there are NEVER staff around to assist you when you need help. Today, as we played an 18 hole course, holes 3, 7, & 15 all had issues with the golf balls coming out of the tubing. 3 & 7 we managed to get out by probing around with out golf clubs up into the tubes, but by the time we got to hole 15, we weren't so lucky. We ended up loosing both balls that ended up not coming out of the tubes they went into. We went to the customer service window for the golf course and rides and both windows were shut with a sign that said closed. There were 2 other families standing there waiting (I assume to purchase tickets for the rides or clubs and balls for the mini-golf) but no one came to the window. We stood there for about 5 minutes before we decided having this much trouble finding service was unacceptable and chose to leave instead. It's a shame such a fun place has such a lack of staffing and that customers are put on the back burner. That was probably the last time we will go to castles and coasters unless customers are better taken care of.
