Took my Ducati in to get it worked on. They replaced the battery and a fuel injector. Between the two items getting fixed it was 3 hours of labor over the course of six weeks. Every time I called to try and get an update on the bike, I was given the run around of the tech not being there that day, or on lunch, or their system was down and couldn't read the notes. I understand it takes time to do diagnostics to figure out the issue, but six weeks for 3 hours of labor?
