  • I've waited a long time to write this review but after my last phone call with this place I feel I have no choice! We purchased a truck from Courtesy Chevrolet and traded the truck in July 2015 and are due the prorated extended warranty back in a refund. I was told 4-6 weeks so I waited. No refund came. I called and left several messages for Nicole and not one returned phone call did I get from her. NOTHING! So I called the person we bought it from and they immediately went to Nichole. He said Nichole dropped the ball and unfortunately it would be another 4-6 weeks. Well today is November 6th and it's now been 14 weeks and I still do not have my refund!!! I was told today "don't worry you will eventually get it". Well I am worried!! Where IS the courtesy in dealing with this dealership? Since my review. They did reach out to me and refund my money. So I am updating my review.
