  • Rude and unhelpful customer support. Their price match policy is very limited and even suggesting it resulted in contempt and impatience. I'll never give them a chance again. Just go with the giant US based Canadian reseller. If attempting to buy results in this much annoyance, I imagine sales or product support can't be worse with the giant company. At least they seem to want my business.
