rev:text	Well after a couple of years going to this CVS Pharmacy at 35th Ave & Peoria I have finally had enough of the poor customer service and the general stupidity of some of the CVS techs. They don't know how to use the CVS app, I never get my pharmacy rewards because they forget to ask and or enter my phone number linked to my card (By the way the CVS app is supposed to do all of that for you and get you in and out) but the employees there are inept. The last straw today was I went to drop my wife's pain medication prescription off and the dumb tech said because it's written on a different type of paper they have to call the doctor's office to verify but acourse it's 5PM and the office is closed. I said my wife has been dropping scripts off for this pain medication consistently for the past few months (she has a pain doctor, sees him once a month, gets evaluated, drug tested and gets a new 30 day script). The dumb tech says yes I know that's why we have to call the office. Uh no, you said because it was written on a different type paper. I was so tired (long day) and said whatever and left. However, once the script is filled I am taking all mine and my wife's prescriptions (12-15 per month) to Fry's. We have never had problems with Fry's in the past and we always get our fuel points with no hassle. I still like CVS and prefer them but this location sucks and has gone down hill over the past year. There are four Fry's pharmacy all with-in a 1-2 mile radius from my house. No more going out of my way for CVS. However, the best pharmacy tech at CVS is the pretty young gal named Daisy. She has a pretty smile, great customer service skills and knows her job.
