  • BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give them zero stars, I would have! The technicians give upgrades without asking, or discussing price points so when you check out, you are shocked with the cost of these upgrades, costing hundreds of dollars! Another technician did the same to another girl in our party, and upon checking out, another customer was making the same complaint. They forgot to charge my other friend the full fee for her unauthorized upgrades so called security on her when she didn't run right back to the salon when they called her, as we were in our room getting ready for dinner. This seems to be their standard operating procedure. I will never be revisiting this salon and caution anyone else from doing so as well. Other spas on the strip are much nicer and friendlier, with higher ethical standards.
