  • Was a big fan about six months ago but apparently Olivia's has gone through management 3xs already since my return. Lots of hired help but no one is paying attention to the customers. Ordered a Bloody Mary that was filled with almost a full glass of ice and clearly not what's pictured in past pictures. Sat at the bar for HH in which the only thing that was good was the fresh chips and salsa. We ordered the Calamari which came out burnt. The chicken taquitos were burnt, when the waitress asked how was everything I mentioned that the chicken taquitos were burnt, she replied with It's to each of its own. Wow really????? I must say that I will never eat here again. You have your other waitress who keeps telling you it's her 3rd day and everyone else who doesn't really care that your customers are in need to order drink, plate and silverware. To be told that the cooks are new then they shouldn't be cooking the food. Our beef taquitos are burnt on the outside ends and not cooked as shown in pic, kinda gross if you ask me.
