This has been an awful experience dealing with Bob's. We brought our Vizio in 2 months ago after having a circuit blow out that gave it picture. They suggested that we order the part from Hong Kong, as it would be cheaper than a local part. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the part in and the tv would be fixed same day. We called multiple times over the past 2 months and never got a direct answer as to where the part was.
We finally got a call today that the tv was repaired! Woo hoo! We got it home, plugged it in......and nothing. The SAME issue that had been occurring before we brought it in was happening now. We worked for over an hour thinking we had plugged it in wrong, but to no avail.
We plan on taking the tv back to Bob's tomorrow and either having him prove the tv is working or getting our money back ($200) for the non-existent repair.
What a terrible business!
