  • Please don't rent at Crystal Creek Apartments, the negative reviews are true. I am a great tenant but feel like the staff here is so unprofessional. They have an excuse for everything and if you call them out on their lies they come at you like you are a piece of trash. The ladies working there are so unprofessional, have no common-sense and have absolutely no idea of what customer service is. When you question issues they tell you well then move out! The sign in the front says "Luxury Apartment living" this is simply not true. The place is as close as it gets to living in a low budget projects with high rent. They will not show you your actual apartment when you sign a lease but a model they keep pristine, Trust me you will not get anything close to an apartment looking like the model. The parking lot is always littered with trash, shopping carts and over flowing trash cans. There is a large community of section 8 residents that are rude and just really don't care about taking care of their apartments. You will have cockroaches in all you stuff if you move in and never be able to get rid of them. I have so many issues with maintenance items in the apartment that just about every week someone is in here fixing something. They repairs are usual not done correctly or up to code. If you are considering living here consider yourself warned. You will be treated like a second class citizen but the management and living amongst drug dealers, junkies, welfare recipients and pedophiles. (DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE)
