  • We had my 6 year olds party here today. He and his 13 classmates had great time! Jackie our party helper, was very attentive and anticipated our needs. The party package included 2 pizzas, socks for the kids and a "scratcher card" for each child (which we did not get until we were leaving)! The pizza was better than average, however my son is not a great fan of pizza. Jackie saw that he was not eating and she got him chicken tenders from the cafe at no additional charge! It was such a sweet thing to do! I also think there should have been two party helpers. There were a few times where Jackie needed to get something out of the room or help someone check in for the party. Perhaps if she had an ear piece radio scould radio for help The only few items I had issue with were listed above and the parent lounge setup and WiFi. The WiFi needs a password to access. This should be open. The parent lounge has a few couches on one wall and a Tv on the opposite wall facing AWAY from watching the kids! That area needs some high top tables and charging stations installed to better serve watchful parents!
