What can I say, its one of the more prominent established chains with a shaky history and about a dozen or so locations that have since boomed then closed over the years. This one benefits from the large foot traffic necessary to sustain a place like this. Most of the syrups and powers are mild and not overly sweet but the decor is definitely showing its age.
I recently came here after last visit 2 years ago and the service is has gotten quite a bit slower. I guess you take a hit when trying to stay financially competitive in an area like this. For me, peach or lychee tea is always a sure bet here.
