This is the worst shipping company ever! I've been tracking my package online because it should have arrived 4 days ago. I realized there hasn't been any activity for 5 days so I called customer service and they said that my package was accidentally shipped to the wrong facility. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I asked what they were doing to ensure my packages arrives at the correct facility they said "just wait a few more days and hopefully it will show up at the correct location". Are you kidding me? I've already waited 4 days and now they tell me I have to wait even longer. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I called 3 times and received ZERO help and emailed once and didn't even receive a response. I absolutely HATE this company. I would not recommend them EVER!!!!
Update: I was finally able to speak with a manager (after calling for the 4th time and asking to speak to one). She helped locate my package, but now tracking is showing that my package is being sent back to the carrier. This an online purchase I made from Kohl's. Why in the world would they send it back to Kohl's? MY ADDRESS IS ON THE BOX!! They clearly lack common sense. I wish they would just send my package to FedEx.
