  • Moday evening I have to take tix to will call at Chase field for the event I'm planning for the next day. Unfortunately there's a game & I don't want to pay for parking. So I con the hubs not hard btw to meet me for happy hour at the Sidebar. I heard they have FREE Mexican food & great happy hour specials. I'm expecting to look super stupid in my work clothes but there were enough people suffering from the Monday coming straight from work that I felt fine. The hubs was sporting a Cubs shirt no a bicycle shirt & his usual shorts & he fit in too. Basically it's a neighborhood bar. GREAT service, good happy hour specials & FREE good Mexican food. Come one come all but come early the tacos, rice, beans, chips & salsa are on till it's gone. I have to say that the corn tortillas were the best I've had in a long, long time. Very fresh & hot.
