  • I have American Home Shield for my home warranty. I requested service for my clogged drains. It took the plumber, (UNION PLUMBING) 3 days to contact me. When they did call, they scheduled the plumber to come between 5 and 9 pm. Of course we all know that, this time of year, it gets dark around 5 pm. The guy showed up after 6. He said he had to access the main drain from outside but he couldn't find it in the dark so he was going to have to have his office call the warranty company to see if they would pay to dig up the drain or remove a toilet to access it from there. After he left, I called a plumber who came and cleared the clog in about 15 minutes. He did not dig anything up or remove a toilet! Word of caution; If you live in the Vegas area, DO NOT CALL UNION PLUMBING for anything!
