When I complained to the waiter he shot a look that was a combination of "I couldn't care less" and "watch me pretend I can't understand you." Overall service was slow and indifferent, carts were infrequent, food quality was poor. Li Wah used to be the place to go for dim sum in Cleveland but now it's a place to avoid.
