  • I was excited to try this place out because of all the great reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised by my therapist. I've called a couple times to get in on same day and fortunately I was able to get in today. I have to say, the reviews are spot on for poor customer service. I phoned in and got a lot of attitude from the front desk girl. Furthermore, when arrived, she didn't offer water or share the location of the restroom. Furthermore, she had a number of employees whispering with her up at the front. She never engaged in conversation, welcoming me as it was my first time there. I got in with Danielle H and she was amazing. Completely worth the attitude from the receptionist. Danielle was able to completely read my body and adjust technique accordingly. She was able to work therapeutically without going Helga's House of Pain on me. She never took her hands off my body and followed through from origin to insertion of muscle. Danielle checked in throughly throughout the massage to check on pressure. It was just amazing. Upon exiting the serene massage room, Danielle was there with water and checking in still. Loved it!! I would have loved to book another session or more with Danielle, but receptionist, again with an ale player at the desk, didn't even offer to book another session for me. I'll phone in an speak with a manager to personally give my praise of Danielle and to book with her again, but also to express my disappointment with the receptionist and lack of customer service from her. Danielle is amazing!
