  • I've lived here for 6 months. It looks great when you view the model apartments and facilities. But what you don't see or hear are your neighbors talking on the phone through the paper thin walls. God forbid I'm not watching the latest episode of The Walking Dead live because if the neighbors are watching it, there should be a spoiler alert alarm as you will hear everything through the walls. The air conditioning is very loud, the kitchen sink was designed by idiots, completely flat, you have to push the water with your hands down the drain. I knew it was bad the day I moved in the police are here taking a woman away in handcuffs from a nearby apartment. I've seen the police here on multiple occasions. They let a bad element in this complex. My upstairs party girl neighbor who made my weekends a living hell, finally got evicted. Today I received a notice saying my apartment was randomly selected for someone to enter my apartment tomorrow between 10am and 4pm to check the air quality and leave some kind of device there for a few days. I went to the office, which has all new staff all of a sudden. To let them know I work nights and do not want anyone coming into my apartment while I'm asleep. They refused and said it's mandatory. I said I will consider it trespassing and will take the appropriate action if someone tries to enter So do NOT consider moving here, unless you like to hear everything your neighbor is doing including every single step they take if you are in a ground floor unit. If you like privacy and being treated like a human being do NOT move here. If you do move in make sure you have a gun or some other form of protection. The locks are useless and you have no say as to who may enter your apartment at any time. You've been warned
