  • Brought in around 40 items and were told to come back in an hour. Never called us to come back, showed up 2 hours later just to be told they were passing on everything. All the clothes were unworn and name brand. The store had a lot of faded clothes and the prices were expensive for how bad of shape they were in. The staff was very nice and welcoming except for the lady that gave us our clothes back when we came back. Not only did we leave with no money but we also left offended as the lady rudely told us our clothes weren't cute and were out of style and old. It was unnecessary and doesn't make the customer feel like returning, coming from someone who's worked in retail for years. Won't be returning and definitely won't be recommending.
