  • Hit and miss. Have had good experiences in past but had a frustrating last experience over a shoddy tune-up by a new guy. A resolution of leaving my bike there for further work was offered but after explaining I was unable to do this(going out of town with it) I was hoping for a refund to be offered but it didn't happen; maybe my bad for not asking for it. Overall, staff is nice just a little disappointed with this last experience.
