After gaining a bunch of weight and getting comfortable in some pretty bad habits, I decided enough was enough. I had a friend that had told me about The Camp Transformation so I checked it out on Facebook and ended up signing up for their 6 week/20 pound weight loss challenge. I told myself even if I lost 10 pounds it would be worth it to me. I had become depressed and unhappy with myself. It's a strict program but it works!! Follow their instructions with the nutrition/meal plan and get to the workouts (30 workouts in 6 weeks). Anyone can do it. There are people of all sizes, shapes and fitness backgrounds. I have to repeat--follow their instructions and you will be successful!
The trainers and staff are amazing. Everyone is so supportive and they want to help you succeed. The trainers and staff are very knowledgeable and mix up the workouts to keep it fun. They show you how to do the exercises in every class and they help if you need modifications for injuries or anything. I can't emphasize it enough that they want to see you succeed. There is always someone available to talk to if you have questions about workouts or what you should be eating or drinking.
I ended up losing 23.8 pounds in my first challenge and I was so excited that I decided to do a second challenge. I lost 22.8 pounds in the second challenge. Yes, that's 46.6 pounds in 12 weeks! I love the Camp and what they offer. It's such a positive and welcoming environment. I'm now a proud member and I am currently working on maintaining my weight and getting stronger. I would recommend The Camp Transformation to anyone!! It doesn't matter if you are trying to lose weight, get stronger or leaner or just get into better shape....they can help. They have very convenient class times starting at 5AM all the way to 7PM. First class is free so anyone can go try it out!
