Chang's was a pleasant surprise. Hunger pangs hit on the way to Red Rock, and this place was packed at 2 on a Weds afternoon.
Ok, this isn't SF or NYC or Richmond/Vancouver, so because I wasn't expecting perfection, I found the food to be quite good.
Everything was hot and tasty. The steamed chive shrimp dumplings were my fave, didn't stick at all to the bottom. Also had an interesting tofu skin stuffed with pork, and couldn't leave without sesame balls. Love bean paste...
Great loose tea, not the bitter bag stuff.
AND it's totally cheap. *bonus*~
Cheers~
