  • This is the most mismanaged Bank of America of all. They will ignore you for as long as you can, no one can make a decision without speaking to 35 or 40 other people and basically you are on your own. The bank manager (female) is rude and condescending and somehow you feel as if the money in the bank belongs to her. Her cheap shoes and bad dye job dictates that that is not the fact. 4 times in the last four months I have walked out because there was simply no teller to deal with anyone and you can expect to wait for or five times longer at this bank to get service. Go to the bank on Charleston which is only a few miles away with a much better attitude and efficient staff.
