When I went into my appointment, I could see and when I left, my vision was so blurry that I felt unsafe to drive. I told the doctor that I could not see clearly and she said your vision and prescription did not change since last visit. I had to call twice after I had left until Shirley, the STORE MANAGER suggested to come back and swap out my contacts due to possible defect. My question is why wasn't the DOCTOR the one to recognize the problem as I complained, left, and let me drove away in that condition.
The DOCTOR was going and talking a mile per minute during the appointment. She wanted me out of there instead of making sure I could see clearly. I know she sees people all day every day, but I, the CUSTOMER don't go to the ophthalmologist every day so I want to ask questions. This is the second doctor I've seen with this group that treat patients this way. Can anyone recommend an ophthalmologist who takes their job seriously?
