  • I've been going to Bonanza Cat Hospital for about 20 years now. Dr. Steelman is a WONDERFUL vet. It makes me angry when I read some of the bad reviews. This morning I had THREE of my cats at the vet. One of them, Tikvah, had been there for a week because of pneumonia and another problem. My two youngest both have had all their teeth removed, one because of a birth defect, and one because of an illness called Feline stomatitis. Dr. Steelman did full dental extractions on both cats (not at the same time!), but she only charged me $350 for each cat -- other vets wanted $2,500 to $5,000. That's the thing with Dr. Steelman HER FEES ARE SO REASONABLE and she gives the cats the best care possible. Yes, sometimes you have to wait because she's running late with appointments, BUT you should know that she'll give YOUR CAT as much time as the cat needs -- none of this 15 minutes and you're out of here. She routinely stays at the hospital until MIDNIGHT or later. She's saved so many of my cats over the years. God Bless her!!
