I have to agree with the bad customer service reviews. Everytime I go into this store I have to stand at the register for minutes before someone realizes I need to check out.. which isn't that big of a problem most of the time because from what I can tell, business is slow here. What made me leave this bad review was a call I made yesterday. Let me backtrack to a call I made a few weeks ago to the pet salon to get quotes for two dogs.. I was able to get quotes for grooming services by just telling the lady what I KNEW my dogs were mixed with, although I was put on hold a few times.. so being that that call was a few weeks ago, I had forgotten the quote so decided to call back.. as soon as I got through to the pet salon, the lady who answered seemed incredibly bothered by my call, I heard nothing in the background leaving me to the assumption that she had nothing going on. I told her my dog was mixed with shihtzu and she asked with what.. I assume he's mixed with Maltese so I went with that.. my next dog I found as an adult dog so I have no way of knowing what kind of dog he is, he looks like he's a Queensland mix so that's what I told her. She immediately cut me off and said she couldn't give me a quote without knowing what he's mixed with.. If dogs are mixed, are all pet parents supposed to know what they're mixed with?? Am I supposed to get a blood test?? Am I supposed to track down their great ancestors?? It was fucking ridiculous. I hung up on her and will never make an appointment here!! These people better hiring more friendly people, they'll go out of business with the repretation they're getting!
