  • I must say that I have had incredibly positive experiences with support of my Directv from Bel Air. They are contracted with my condo complex and have been very helpful and responsive. My neighbor and I share one dish and rely on the same equipment. It recently went bad and our tv's were pixelating making tv almost impossible to enjoy. We are both disabled and rely on television. Bel Air had a technician out in hours and the equipment was repaired. Unlike other cable or internet providers, Bel Air has offices in Nevada and California and they answer their phones during business hours. No systems of codes or recordings....people who want to help. I am truly appreciative of the customer care. Now.....if only they had internet services here in Las Vegas, life would be simpler and much happier. We need more Bel Air services in Vegas, please! To anyone considering Directv I can confidently suggest you use Bel Air. You will be happy you did.
