  • TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, I drove 1 hr from downtown Toronto in bumper to bumper traffic to get there before they closed.... On the phone it sounded like if I was going to be after 5 that I should just come another day. I have been car shopping for over 1 month and they had my top 2 cars. I was going to buy a vehicle, but that was not enough for them. I got there and really liked the cars but when I asked if I could do a test drive, it was first, which vehicle can i really afford, then it was can i guarantee to make a conditional offer before being allowed to test drive. This is an over 20K purchase and I have to guarantee to make an offer right after? I said I had to talk to my husband before I could make any deals...and i got "does you husband even know your here" WTF. What does it matter? If I liked the car I would have bought it the next day, I just needed to get home and talk about it. So i explained that I have been to many dealerships and actually did 2 other test drives that day with no hassle. I am OFFENDED that 1. I had to explain that i could afford the car, do they know that people stretch there budgets when they love something? 2. That the only way to get a test drive is to guarantee a offer right after. THIS IS crazy in my mind. Customer service at this place has to be the last thing on their mind. I would never buy a car at this place... go anywhere else and you'll get better service and wont leave feeling like shit.
