  • Leaking roof two months after install. Not just a drip a small stream of water flowing into my office in two areas. This is from a weird flat area they have PI in on the shed where the water pooled as it had been raining the passed few days. I know this is under warrantee and has been repaired as we speak. I appreciate that but if this is how tuff shed works I will never buy another tough shed product again. I am severely disappointed. I am disgusted with the quality of the product which is subpar at best obviously. Tuffshed's response which was very fast is greatly appreciated. Customer service is nice but quality and craftsmanship should be high on the list. I'm in the process of cleaning and re-doing carpet. I don't know what else you can do but something else needs to be done I appreciate your time thank you. I believe I need to be reimbursed for all things affected and or damaged. I am extremely disappointed as I spent thousands of dollars on a office that I thought would be better in comparison to home-improvement store brands. Which obviously tough shed is not any different between a home-improvement brand or an Internet brand. I contemplated a Tuff Shed garage before this major issue and now thankfully I hadn't purchased the garage first. Thank you
