| - I had my first pedicure here, so I wouldn't say that I'm a pedicure expert, but I thought this was a fairly enjoyable experience. I bet there are much nicer places in the area, however. This seems to be a cheaper place to get pedicures, so it was fine for what I wanted to pay (about $30).
The staff is kind of harsh, and not very friendly. They just kind of point, and tell you where to go.
I started out in a massage chair with my feet danging into a little foot jacuzzi with water jets and some kind of bath salt. Then the employee started sanding my feet down and filing my nails, which tickled. After that, he put lotion on my legs and rubbed them from my knees down to my feet. This was probably my favorite part. Next, I told him I wanted a french manicure. The white lines looked like a mess at first, but then he refined them. I don't think he did that great of a job with the white lines--they were a bit uneven and not perfectly symmetrical or rounded. But, they looked OK once the clear polish was on them.
Overall, it was fun to feel a little pampered, but I think I'll do my own french pedicure next time--and save my money for a leg massage :-p
Note: There is a $10 minimum on credit cards. Make sure you add your tip to the total if paying by credit card.
