| - My review wasn't about how you "FAILED" to provide Breakdown on your pricing but it was more about how good you were with providing "POOR Customer Service".
On June 6th when Lori started to "Argue" pretty much with everything, "Raising her Voice repeatedly without trying to resolve" the issue" and "Making Frustration Sound" on the phone, I have "repetitively requested to talk to a management" due to your employee LORI's bad attitude and her tone over the phone.
But Lori First "Refused" to give me your name/any info. later she gave me your name but "Never" let me speak with you neither did she gave me your office desk phone number. (**She put me on hold few times when I requested for supervisor and NOW at this point I am sure she went to talk to you about this situation but "YOU REFUSED" to take the time to resolved the "POOR Customer Service" complaint, or follow up at later time YET you had time to reply on my Original Post (????) on Yelp. Is this is how you strive to keep A+ rating? CLEARLY you DO NOT have A++ Rating)???
Little story:
I have originally purchased the Water Softener and RO system from Lowes. Due to my availability only being on Saturday you scheduled the appointment "A month later" even after I have requested multiple times to find any other early or later appointment during the week. After waiting for a month your tech came out to my house and told me they ARE NOT READY to complete the job (????). So they left installing only the RO system which later "FLOODED" my kitchen. On Monday, June 6th 2016 after Lori's "WORST Customer Service" I have called LOWES and "CANCELLED" the entire service and later today, June 7th 2016, I have requested to return the RO Softener as well.
Today, June 7th 2016, Lori continuously called me 6-7 times since morning and I have confirmed her few times as to when you can come back and take your CHEAP worthless RO system off my kitchen while I was at work. After confirming my Saturday availability (I have told her I work M-F early morning to late night for the thousand times), she was FINALLY willing to work with early/late schedule "(the same availability which she initially REFUSED to provide to began with on MAY/2016)". Since I have reached out to Lowes and made you guys upset putting finger in your eyes about your "Cheap Product & POOR Customer Service", you wanted to come right away. After not being able to find any Saturday appointment, you agreed to come out at 5am in the morning tomorrow June 8th (????) and told Lowes I didn't pick up your calls (???). Who does that???? At this point I really think you should "STOP LAYING" to yourself about how good you are with your A++ rating.
Also please note I have RETURNED your product ONLY because your "RUDE Employee Lori" and since you were FAILED to provide "the minimal Customer service" when I have already paid almost $2000 and ready to spend additional $1000.
I have already purchased Better RO system (6 stages with lot more GPD: Gallon per day) with LESSER PRICE from Home Depot (Your product has only 5 stage with less GPD). I really hope your existing and potential Customer start writing about your BAD/POOR customer service on Yelp as well. You have a wonderful evening!
