| - I rented a vehicle from them last year and definitely was not satisfied. They asked if I wanted to add a second driver to the rental and I said sure and added my sister who was standing next to me. They never brought up the fact that it was $10/day for a secondary driver; had I known this, we wouldn't have added her, I just thought, sure, why not add her. Next, once we had walked over to the cars, the employee walked us down the row of cars he showed us that we had reserved a standard size car, but they didn't have any in so we would get a Nissan Juke, or I could pay $15 more per day for a Dodge Challenger. I let him know that I did not want the Juke because it didn't have room for our luggage, and then he again offered the Challenger for $15/day more. I pulled out my paperwork from the reservation and saw that the example car that was listed was a Chrysler 200, and parked right in front of us is one of those ready to go. I then asked him about that car, and then he just stated, "Wow, I must have missed that one. So I guess you want that?" I told him we did and we then we left. When we returned the vehicle and were told about the charges associated with the secondary driver, I told them that we were never told there would be a charge to which the employee responded "Oh, sorry about that. Do you want to leave the charges on the card?" I guess I could have put up a fight but it wasn't worth it, just paid the extra $90 and left and just decided next time we fly in we won't be using Enterprise.
