I'm not sure if I'm a fan of these guys yet or not. I think there is potential here, but the cons weigh heavy on me. So here they are:
Pros:
- lots of staff so you won't have to wait too long
- lanes are clearly marked so you know where to line up
- the place is newer so it doesn't feel as dirty as most depots
- they use a computer system to record your empties as they count them so you can make sure they are giving you the right return
- there is an ATM to give you your money. You scan your receipt and the machine spits out your cash
Cons:
- if you've never been here before, you don't know you have to back into the parking stalls to unload your vehicle
- you have to go inside to get a cart
- the sidewalk outside is a little narrow and it can be a challenge to get by someone else unloading their vehicle
- the waiting area can get cramped once there are more than 3 people in line waiting for a staff member
- if you've never been here before you might not know what to do, there is no signage telling you to line up or if you need to take a number, or what's going on.
